You Might Feel This will be released in only 9 days. It is my first collection of poetry. Thank you all for your amazing support thus far. I can't imagine where I would be if it weren't for the poetry community. In addition to sharing my work on social media, you have also shared it with your friends. In addition to pre-ordering the ebook, you have stated that you will buy the paperback on the first day. Thank you for your interest in my book and for taking a chance on me.
Although I tried to express how incredible you made me feel, words cannot convey the full effect. With poetry, time, love, and understanding, I hope we can heal the world one word at a time. Accepting each other for who we are is essential. As soon as the collection is released, I look forward to hearing your feedback. As a final note, I'd like to share a poem with you today.

Splintered Thoughts
Splintered thoughts rush around and bounce off the walls in my brain
As falling embers in the wind
Thoughts deconstructed
Trying to put themselves back together like a jagged puzzle
A small shaving of hope emerged
In the familiar painful shape of you
Even though painful it is nostalgic
Thoughts of you are a knife slowly twisting through the skin of my memories
Memories of you slowly stitch the torn skin back together
For now, I have serenity
For now, I am amended with my thoughts and body
